Refund policy

If there are any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of your order being delivered.

 

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (postage costs excluded) or exchange, provided they are in the original packaging, unused, and the item has all tags and packaging attached. 

 

Any items returned in used condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item/s returned to you. 

 

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless stated otherwise by a member of the Scarli team.

 

Refunds or replacements are eligible for faulty items, not for everyday wear and tear.

 

if you wish to exchange your item/s you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the new item sent to you.

 

Exchanges will be shipped once we have received the original item and additional postage costs have been paid - we will contact you to arrange this. 

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

A return address will be sent to you via email once a refund exchange has been requested and approved.

 

Please include your order number, name, and email address in your return package to avoid any delay in processing your refund or exchange. These details can be found in the confirmation email you received when placing your order. 

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. It is likely you will receive it sooner. This processing period accounts for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and bank processes for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
